The ISO documents will be established in the first month of the consultancy. The following month will be only the training session for all the steering committee because we are planning for all the document to be shown as examples are on their own documented information.
We have bad experience when conducting the training first, where the workers did not understand because all the samples of documents shown in the training were not their documents.
This is the reason, the document will be completed first before the training.
